Reserve your custom beef directly from our farm.
Select your processing date and choose your quantity at checkout:
- Qty 1 = 1/4 Steer (~150–250 lbs of beef)
- Qty 2 = 1/2 Steer (~350–450 lbs of beef)
- Qty 4 = Whole Steer (~750–950 lbs of beef)
A $200 deposit per quarter is collected at checkout. Your final balance is calculated at pickup based on actual hanging weight at $6/lb and collected at that time.
All beef is locally raised, grain-finished, and processed at a USDA-inspected facility. You'll be notified when your order is ready for pickup or delivery.
