Our Custom Beef program lets you reserve a quarter, half, or whole steer raised right here on our 4th generation Michigan farm. No growth hormones — just real, farm-fresh beef raised with care and harvested with pride.

Size Options

• 1/4 Steer — 150–225 lbs hanging weight @ $6/lb
• 1/2 Steer — 300–450 lbs hanging weight @ $6/lb
• Whole Steer — 700–900 lbs hanging weight @ $6/lb

Weights are approximate and based on hanging weight. Final price is calculated at time of processing.

How It Works

2. Submit your deposit to reserve your spot
3. We'll contact you to confirm processing details and custom cut preferences
4. Balance is due at time of pickup
